Inicio has been created as a specialist corporate finance boutique to bring a relationship first and tech enabled approach to corporate finance and professional M&A advisory for SMEs.  The Inicio team is set up to help businesses in London and the South grow, develop, and create value, whilst supporting the personal needs and ambitions of owners and management teams.

Based in Tunbridge Wells and built around an experienced team from the international M&A network, CDI Global, Inicio has a wealth of UK experience, and a combined decade of global experience.  The team has very strong relationships in the UK, and across Europe, North and South America and Asia that will enable a global perspective for their clients’ projects.

Offering personable and approachable services, the team at Inicio Corporate Finance has decades of experience skilfully navigating clients through the often-unchartered waters of buying, selling, or financing their business, typically in the £1M to £50M transactional space.
