Scott Taylor

With 20 years+ of experience in accounting and financial management, Scott’s expertise spans a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, leisure, energy, and technology. He has 2 decades leading the financing of lower and mid-market company MBO/I’s, acquisitions and company sales. 

He has direct experience in banking, financial consulting, private equity, and venture capital, making him a trusted skilled advisor to businesses at all stages of development. He has extensive experience raising debt and equity capital to support both transactional activities and growth capital initiatives.

Scott’s career has geographically spanned Scotland and the South of England, where he has held senior leadership positions with RBS Structured Finance, CDI Global, Hall Morrice Corporate Finance, Clydesdale Bank and AAB Corporate Finance.

Scott is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS).

As Managing Director of Inicio Corporate Finance, he advises SME businesses on sales, acquisitions, and debt and equity funding requirements.
